Remote Support Charges

This is a Pay as you go service, there are no additional monthly or signup fee’s associated with your account on this plan,
After your initial consultation as a customer booking your customer details will be entered into our database to provide easy follow-up service.
Payment details are still required for each booking as these are not recorded for your security.

Minimum Charge: $45.00 AUD – Single device users
(Includes first 15 minutes of support)

Per 15 Min Block: $45 AUD

Please ensure you have your Credit Card / Account details handy prior to connection.
